INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
For over 25 years, our renowned internship program has attracted talented students and young professionals from across the country and around the world.
In this program, you’ll gain both breadth and depth by rotating through diverse roles, including design, horticulture, construction, maintenance, sustainability, plant health care, nursery operations, flower and vegetable gardens, irrigation, and experience on our 250-acre tree farm.
You’ll join a talented cohort of interns from across the globe while learning from the best and enjoying life in the Hamptons. We offer paid internships with housing available, flexible starts, and potential for FT/post-grad opportunities. Many of our team leaders began as interns!
